22nd Annual Watershed Environmental Poetry Festival! "Stand Up for the Earth" with dynamic readings of over thirty poets and writers, including Robert Hass (Pulitzer Prize-winner and US Poet Laureate 1995-97), Maxine Hong Kingston, Alison Luterman, Kim Shuck (Poet Laureate of San Francisco), and many more esteemed poets and writers.

The festival also features an open mic, music, exhibits, tents, tables by literary organizations, presses, magazines, and environmental organizations. Along with a curated selection of poetry titles, Pegasus Books will be selling speakers books and hosting signings at our tables.

Bring your lunch or visit the Farmers’ Market; one block west from Berkeley BART; A 100 Thousand Poets for Change event.
