I love this book. Jon Klassen is a genius. Don't ask me any more questions.
Every single story in this book is strange, and wonderful, and every time I read "Flying Lessons" it still makes me go, "yessssssss!" in a completely satisfied way.
Mystery! Intrigue! Plus a little ditty about an asparagus cooker I'm prone to quoting at odd times. A solid whodunit for any kid or just the kid in you.
Go ahead and figure out which character is your spirit animal. I'm the brown bear, if it helps.
Heartwrenching and simple and beautiful and just of the length that you could accidentally clandestinely read it at work. What else do you need?
Beware the girl whose favorite book is a fatalistic love story.
I think I might want to run the Iditarod. Gotta go, I have to start sewing a few hundred dog booties.
I have read and reread these books so many times and every time I get to the end of the third book and remember that there's no more I get really mad.
