Kyrsten Bean
Lauren Becker
Paul Corman-Roberts
Sean Craven
Mckay Williams.
Wheelchair accessible; refreshments served. this event is free.
Kyrsten Bean is a writer, musician and Bay Area native. Her work has appeared in Breadcrumb Scabs, Down in the Dirt, Censored Poets, The Camel Saloon, The Delinquent and The Railroad Poetry Project, where she is currently the Poet of the Month.
Lauren Becker is editor of Corium Magazine and runs the reading series East Bay on the Brain. She has a book, Things About Me and You, in an anthology called Shut Up/Look Pretty, coming out in February 2012 from Tiny Hardcore Press. She does not shut up or look pretty, and is neither tiny nor hardcore. (This story makes her very uncomfortable, but she likes it anyway.)
Paul Corman-Roberts is contributor to the column “Dispatches from Atlantis” at Red Fez Monthly; his first collection of flash fiction, "Sometimes You Invent New Words for Old Losses,” is forthcoming from Tainted Coffee Press in 2012.
Sean Craven is a former manual laborer forced to turn writer/artist. His art has appeared everywhere from galleries to paleontological databases, his cartoon scripts have been broadcast on the BBC, and his novel-in-progress is a requested manuscripts at Tor Books. Cleaning toilets paid better. Oh, well.
Mckay Williams lives and writes in Oakland. His stories have appeared in Intersice, Thunderdome, Dirty Noir, and several others. He is currently working on his second novel.
